On all doors that children and vulnerable adults pass by or through. However, if a door is fitted with a continuous hinge (sometimes called a piano hinge) then a Pull-side door safety finger guard is not required. If you are in any doubt please call (904) 962-2688.
To open a door you either push the door away from you or pull it towards you. The Push-side door finger guard attaches to the side of the door you push away and the Pull-side door finger guard attaches to the side of the door that you pull towards you. The Push-side and Pull-side door finger guards are very different in design and manufacture and are not interchangeable. As always, if you are in any doubt please call (904) 962-2688.
Our door finger guards are made from uPVC and nitrile rubber. They are calcium-zinc stabilized and contain no Cadmium or Lead.

No, we will supply just one item if that is what you need.
You can change or cancel an order any time prior to shipment from our warehouse. If an order is changed it may delay shipment by 24 hours (more if the next day is not a normal business day).
Our door finger guards are easy to install. Click here to view an installation video. If you still feel unsure about installation please call us on (904) 962-2688 and we will do our best to help you through the installation process.
Orders received before mid-day (EST/EDT) Monday through Friday will ship the same day (except Holidays).
Orders received after mid-day (EST/EDT) Monday through Friday will ship the following day (except Weekends and Holidays).
Our preferred method of shipping is via UPS Ground. Delivery in the Continental United States takes between 1 and 6 business days depending on where you are located. After your shipment has left the warehouse we send you a Shipment Notification email that contains the UPS Tracking number. You can use this number to track the movement of your package on the UPS website at http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.html
All UPS methods of shipment are available upon request. Tell us your needs and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
You can return all or part of an order. Please use the original packaging for the return shipment and contact us to arrange collection. Please include a copy of your invoice with the return. We do not charge restocking fees but return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Any returned door finger guards must be in the same condition as they were when shipped to you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returned door hinge guards that are not acceptable for re-sale.
